Payment Conditions:

30% Deposit within 7 days after booking confirmation

70% of the total stay amount up to 42 days before the arrival date

Cancellation Conditions

- Up to 60 days before the arrival date, a 50% fee will be charged.

- Between 59 and 29 days from the arrival date, a fee of 80% will be charged.

- Less than 28 days from arrival date 100% fee charged

General Conditions

  • The Council has implemented a tourist tax. The tax amount is set at €1 per person per day from November to March and €2 per person per day from April to October, for a 7 days period. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.
  • A deposit of between €500 and €5,000 is required by the operating entity for all accommodation.
  • The deposit must be paid by credit card, the respective amount will be returned if no damage is found, this amount will be returned within 7 working days.
  • The entity will make an appropriate deduction from the deposit in the event of damage, breakage or violation of the accommodation's code of conduct. In these cases, it may take a few days to activate the deposit, so we thank you in advance for your understanding.
  • Upon arrival at the property, check everything and if there is any abnormality, report it immediately.
  • Check-in time is always from 4pm and check-out time is until 10am;
  • Pets are not allowed. If there are any animals in the accommodation during your stay, the operator reserves the right to terminate your holiday at any time;
  • The operating entity is not responsible for loss, theft or any other accident inside or outside the property, so it is advisable to opt for short-term travel insurance;
  • In the event of a violation of the code of conduct, disrespect, damage or disturbance to the accommodation, the owner, responsible persons and the operating entity itself reserve the right to terminate your holiday and take immediate possession of the property. In the event of resistance, the operating entity reserves the right to appeal to the local police authorities, accompanied by the agency or owner;
  • Guests/clients are requested to leave the house in acceptable hygienic conditions upon checking out, as well as the kitchen free of dirty dishes and rubbish;
  • Depending on the time of year and location of the accommodation, there may be an increase in noise from night-time activities, neighbours, traffic, etc.;
  • There may also be works or construction in the vicinity of the accommodation, so Garvetur Holidays cannot be held responsible for any of these situations.
  • No parties of any kind are permitted, nor are bachelor parties permitted.
