An exceptional duplex house with two bedrooms, shared pool located in Condomínio Encosta dos Salgados, approximately 2km from Praia da Galé.
Comprised of 2 floors, when you enter the house you have a well-equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, a living and dining room that share the same space, with air conditioning, television and wifi with a small balcony.
On the upper floor there is a suite with a double bed and bathroom and another suite with a double bed and two more single beds in the same room, both rooms have air conditioning.
It has a private parking space.
You can benefit from the use of the Jacuzzi for an extra €350 per week.
About 100m away you can find a restaurant and 1km away from the supermarket, Praia da Galé is just under 5m away by car.

This house is also available for monthly reservations from October to April.
A deposit of €500 is requested, which is then returned if there is no damage.
From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
