Services:
Cleaning and replacement of towels once for stays of 7 to 10 nights.
Cleaning with replacement of sheets and towels once for stays longer than 11 nights. Except weekends and holidays.
Stays of 6 nights or less do not benefit from cleaning service.
- For arrivals after reception opening hours, please inform the reservations department in advance, through the number +351 968 577 123 or to the email reservas@garvetur.pt (from 09:00h to 12:30h and from 14:30h to 19:00h)
Cost for late arrival: from 19h00 to 21h00 - 20€ and from 21h00 to 00h00 - 30€.
- Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
- On the day of the check-in a deposit will be required, which may depend on the type of accommodation, will be later returned after inspection of the accommodation and within a maximum period of 72 hours. Typologies: T0-200€; T1-300€; T2/V2-400€; T3/V3-500€.
– If detected during the stay that the maximum capacity of the accommodation has been exceeded, an extra 20% will be charged on the daily rate for each guest who exceeds this capacity.
- When the customer leaves, the dishes must be washed and the rubbish removed, otherwise an extra amount of 20,00€ may be charged.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your property, as well as for any personal accident that occurred during your stay.
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment and clothes will be the responsibility of the customers, being deducted from the value of the deposit.
- Cot supplement (children up to 2 years old) costs 5,00€ per night (from June to September). Remaining period is free.
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid directly at the property, according to the current legal rate set by the municipality.
Cancellation Policies:
From October until May
- If cancelled up to 15 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged and the amount may be credited for future use.
- Late cancellation (less than 15 days) or in case of no-show, the deposit is not refunded.
From June until September
- If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged and the amount may be credited for future use.
- Late cancellation (less than 30 days) or in case of no-show, the deposit is not refunded.
